Sensitive about how hard it seems

I get remarks all the time about how difficult it must be to eat the Evolutionary Fitness Way. This is more a matter of custom and habit than of difficulty. So, another meal for those who have fallen into the many pitfalls of the modern diet. The New Evolution Diet is so simple and delicious; not so much about being a caveman than about making good choices from the vast array of foods that are available now.
